Welcome to Hunt Digital Management. By using our website, products, or services — including mobile apps, tools, or software provided by us — you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

General Use

By accessing our website or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to act on behalf of your business, and agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services lawfully and not to abuse, duplicate, hack, or interfere with our website or tools. You’re responsible for ensuring your business complies with all laws that apply to advertising, privacy, and communication (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any telemarketing rules).

If you use our services to send messages (email, SMS, etc.), you agree to:

•Only message contacts who have clearly opted in.

•Provide an opt-out method (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).

•Respect all applicable laws related to consent and privacy.

You agree not to upload or collect sensitive data like SSNs, credit card numbers, or health info through our platform.

Mobile Messaging (SMS)

Hunt Digital Management Text Messages: if you opt in on our booking form, Hunt Digital Management will send text messages to the mobile number you provide. You may opt in to two separate message types:

- Appointment messages: confirmations, reminders and scheduling follow-ups about your booked strategy call. Up to 4 messages per booked call.

- Marketing messages: tips, updates and offers about our marketing services. Up to 4 messages per month.

Phone numbers are provided voluntarily through an unchecked checkbox, and you may opt out at any time by replying "STOP." We do not hare your mobile information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. No mobile information or opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Disputes & Arbitration

Any dispute between you and Hunt Digital Mangement will be handled through binding arbitration in Illinois. You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial. Claims must be brought individually and within one year of the issue arising.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
